What kind of workshops happen during the day?
Expect breathwork, movement sessions and sound healing. Daytime programming is designed to ground and balance the nighttime energy.
Are sound baths and yoga part of the festival?
Yes. Sunrise and daytime sessions including yoga and sound baths are part of the experience.
