Volunteer Teams
Door Team
Door team members scan tickets, distribute wristbands and sell door tickets. Scanners also provide accurate Parking & Camping information to guests as requested. Candidates are friendly, efficient, highly accurate, and comfortable with sitting under a canopy tent for long periods of time. Great team if you want to work directly with your friends.
Green Team
Green team members love the outdoors and our festival home. This crew works hard to keep the festival grounds beautiful and pristine. The Green Team isn’t afraid to get dirty while keeping it clean. Candidates are comfortable working on their feet in the beautiful outdoors.
Parking & Shuttle Team
The parking & shuttle volunteers assist staff with keeping the flow of vehicle traffic moving to the proper parking areas. This can be a challenging position, but it is also one of the most vital roles to ensure the festival operates safely and smoothly. Candidates are friendly and comfortable with sitting and standing for long periods of time, in all weather conditions. Shuttle drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
Pre-show Setup Team
Pre show is the set up of the festival the week before the festival (June 22-28). Landscaping, basic carpentry, fence building, equipment placement, and decoration are some of the many tasks that we will need to complete to have the land looking good and spicy for showtime! We are looking for handy or crafty people, people comfortable with manual labour, and especially those who have done a pre-show setup before. Must be comfortable getting dirty and working hard. Please note any specialized experience on your application.
Post-show Takedow Team
Post show is the takedown of the festival the week after the party (July 3-6). Landscaping, basic carpentry, and organization are some of the many skills that we will need to have the land looking the way we found it! We are looking for people comfortable with manual labour, and especially those who have done takedown before. Must be comfortable getting dirty and working hard.
