By purchasing a ticket and entering Groove & Bass Festival grounds, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Admission
A valid ticket is required for entry. All attendees must comply with festival rules, staff instructions, and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund for violating our Code of Conduct.
2. Assumption of Risk
Groove & Bass takes place in an outdoor natural environment. By attending, you acknowledge inherent risks including uneven terrain, weather conditions, loud music, and large crowds. You attend at your own risk.
3. Programming and Schedule
Lineup, set times, and programming are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellations or schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds.
4. Weather Policy
The festival takes place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
5. Media Release
By entering the festival site, you grant Groove & Bass permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings in which you may appear for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.
6. Prohibited Items and Conduct
Illegal substances, weapons, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Liability Limitation
Groove & Bass and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Attendees are responsible for their own property and well-being.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of your ticket constitutes acceptance of the current version.
